1. Service Description

Incoho is an AI-powered email customer service platform for ecommerce merchants. The service connects to your email account via IMAP/SMTP, classifies incoming customer emails using AI, and drafts replies for your review and approval. By using Incoho, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited emails.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other email and privacy laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the service.
• Share your account credentials or allow third parties to access your account.
• Use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service or interfere with other users.

4. Payment Terms

Incoho offers a free trial with a limited number of AI-processed emails. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

Incoho uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to classify emails and draft replies. AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all replies before they are sent. Incoho is not liable for the content of AI-generated drafts or any consequences of sending them.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI classifications or drafted replies will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incoho and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
